The House of Representatives is considering two bills this week that would hamstring the federal rule-making process and put our nation's headwaters at risk. Not only are headwater streams vital to as spawning and rearing habitat for trout and salmon, they provide clean water for downstream users, from anglers to industry to anyone who turns on a tap. Call your Member of Congress today and tell them to protect clean water and oppose these bills designed to scuttle the federal rule-making process and leave our headwaters exposed to potential degradation.

Support the Farm Bill's conservation programs
The conservation programs in the Farm Bill are an essential part of the work Trout Unlimited does with farmers, ranchers and other private land owners to improve water quality and ensure more water is available for trout and for fishing.
