As the Mid-Atlantic Angler Science Coordinator for TU I engage anglers and other outdoor recreationists in meaningful citizen science opportunities.Through the Pennsylvania Coldwater Conservation Corps and the WV-VA Water Monitoring Project, I train and support a network of grassroots volunteers who serve as the eyes and ears on the ground, collecting data and performing visual reconnaissance in the shale gas region of Central Appalachia.
