February Speaker: Fly Fish D.C. Metro Area Like a Pro!

The February 19 chapter meeting will feature Washington DC Fly Fishing Consultant Rob Snowhite. The D.C. Metro area is surrounded by lakes, ponds, a canal, the tidal and non-tidal sections of the Potomac and all of the bays and tributaries that feed it. Within these waters are native and non-native species that can be caught with a fly year-round. Each season has different species to target with different techniques. Rob will break down these fisheries by season. You will learn what fish to target, where to target them, the tackle required, and plans b and c for when your planned spot is not fish-able due to weather.

MDTU meetings are free and open to the public.

Hope to see you there:

Wednesday February 19, 7:30-9:00 p.m.

at Towson Presbyterian Church
