Kettle Creek Environmental Education Center Annual Introduction to fly fishing seminar

On March 28th, 2015 members of the Brodhead Chapter Trout Unlimited presented an "Introduction to Fly Fishing" for the Kettle Creek Environmental Education Center from 9 AM to 12 PM.  Over 90 people attended the event and the Chapter picked up two new members.  President Todd Burns introduced the Chapter to the crowd of people and then demonstrated fly tying during the breaks along with Treasurer/Secretary Eric Baird and Member Tim "Shorty" Bartholomew.  The flies tied during the presentation were then given to those in attendance.  The attendees were then treated to the cinematic classic, "The Way of the Trout".  This was followed by Former President Tom Battista giving a presentation on Stream Safety and Equipment.  Vice President Will Daskal followed with a presentation on Stream Side Entomology.  The event concluded with a hands on casting demonstration in the parking lot.
