A lifelong conservationist, Frank was one of the organizers of the Mid Atlantic Council of Trout Unlimited and was a major force for conservation and water quality protection for decades. Frank was a long time member of the National Capital Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Frank served on the National Board of Directors as Secretary-Treasurer in the early 1980's. Frank was a key organizer of the fabled National Capital angling show for years. In recent years he was active in the Coastal Conservation Association organizing successful fundraising banquets in the Chevy Chase Bethesda region. During his career, he worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency. Fishermen owe him a great debt. He was a champion of our causes and we'll miss him terribly. We send our thoughts and prayers to his widow, Geri, and daughters Mevritt and Samantha. Don Haynes, Chair Mid-Atlantic Council Trout Unlimited
