Found fly rod and reel on the Tully at Paper Mill Rd.

I'm not sure this is the best way todo this, but I was fishing this morning, March 31 before 12 noon, and a fellow fisherman accidentally left his rod and reel in the parking lot area by the Paper Mill Road bridge.  I'm sure it slid off the side of his car and left without it.   Please contact me...
