I'm Kelly Elizabeth Buchta, from New Jersey. My interest in fly fishing stemmed from my father and I am proud to be part if TU. I serve on the NJ State Council of TU as the Northern Regional Vice President and Women's Initiative Coordinator. My passion to promote cold water conservation and women anglers is the driving force to keep me energized and excited about the great things to come. I look forward to meeting more female anglers and networking to strengthen women in TU.

Welcome Kelly! Thanks for posting! It's great to read about other women in fly-fishing and who are involved in TU. =)

I just finished my second season of fly-fishing. I can't get enough!! I'm planning a winter fly-fishing trip for March. =) I am on the TU board in the Southwestern Vermont chapter.
