i have a new chest pack that all the compartments are magnetic. pretty stron magnets as well so if i drop a fly the usually stick to it. but an essential for me is enough space. nothing worse than not enough room for gear.

i have the fishpond wildhorse vest and pack in 1, i love it its has a amazing amount of space, it is also water proof
