Once again we'll be tailgating and cooking brats to ward off the cold as we target the wary and wily trout that inhabit one of Pennsylvania's finest spring creeks. Directions: To get to Big Spring from Columbia MD take Interstate 70 past Hagerstown to I-81 north. Take I-81 north to exit 29 and turn left on 174. Take 174 west about 1 mile and turn right on US 11. Take US 11 north about 6 miles and turn left on Big Spring Rd. Take Big Spring Rd. west about 1 mile to The Ditch parking lot on the right just before the bridge. From Washington take Interstate 270 to Interstate 70 west.
