As the days grow longer and hotter, the smallmouth wake up and start smacking bugs thrown on top. We’ll plan to camp Friday and Saturday nights at the “New River Campground”. They have an assortment of Kayaks and Canoes for rent and also provide shuttle services for those with their own boat. No special gear or experience is require for this trip. I have a block of Kayaks and Canoes reserved for our group. Dinner and Breakfast will be provided each day. Plan to pack your own lunch since you’ll be on the water for the majority of the day.
