It is vital to the success of the National Monument campaign to stress that no current fisheries management emphases will be changed except to enhance the importance of trout angling as a cornerstone value of the Monument and to place higher priority on this area for decision making with things such as budget decisions and the effort to use funds like LWCF to purchase private minerals.
