PA native, live mostly in Germany, near Munich. Local club waters include a 10 mile stretch of the Isar River near Freising. C&R is frowned upon, and good fish are sparse. But the environment is very clean and kept that way by a well-informed user community. It costs alot of money to get a license and join a club, and it's worth it in terms of the natural benefits one can enjoy. I miss the Steelhead runs near Lake Erie....
