Rich is a water resources engineer with DOWL specializing in fish/aquatic organism passage culvert design, stream restoration, and geomorphology. Born and raised in Wyoming, he relocated to Alaska in 2007 in search of adventure and big fish. After 10 years in Alaska, Rich returned to Laramie, Wyoming in 2017 to share his roots with his growing family.
