Court Orders Rewrite of Ballast Water Regs!

On the average, every 6 months. a new aquatic invasive species is introduced into the Great Lakes in ballast water.  This court decision is a big win for protecting the Great Lakes! There are ways to mitigate the impact of ballast water, and hopefully, the rewrite ordered by the courts, will address this threat to the Great Lakes.
