That giant sucking sound. . .

Hear that giant sucking sound? It's the sound of Front Range water diversions sucking the life out of the Upper Colorado River and mountain communities like Fraser on Colorado's western slope. TU is alerting Denver residents to this threat (and putting decision-makers on notice) with noisy rallies and high-profile outdoor ads like this great billboard that just went up on I-70 where it funnels people from Denver into the mountains.
