Host a Hank party at your house May 20-21

 

Everybody's favorite fly fishing guide Hank Patterson is offering anglers all over the world the chance to host a film screening in their living rooms this month (May 20 or May 21) for the simple price of a DVD or a digital download.

 

"Hank Patterson and the Mystery of the CuttyRainBrown" debuted earlier this winter at screenings all across the country, and is now available to own. And, if you purchase the film before May 13, you'll be able to log into a live-stream YouTube broadcast featuring Hank Patterson himself. Hank will introduce the film and announce other events, like contests, drawings and future Hank endeavors. If you can't buy the DVD before May 13, you can still purchase the digital download of the film and still be eligible for the live-stream introduction by the comedic fly fishing guide. No matter where or how you purchase the film, remember that a portion of the proceeds go back to Trout Unlimited to help us make fishing better for everyone.

 

The first live-stream broadcast is May 20 at 9 p.m. ET, and it's followed by a second broadcast the following night, May 21, at 9 p.m. ET. During the events, TU will host a Facebook drawing—anyone posting a photo from their viewing parties on Instagram (#BelieveIntheCuttyRainBrown) between 9 p.m. and midnight ET on May 20 or between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. May 21 will be entered into a drawing for a new Orvis Recon fly rod. 

 

Here's how the broadcast will work. First, order your DVD or digital download, and have it ready to go on the night of your choosing. Invite your fly fishing freinds over, log into the YouTube broadcast and be ready for Hank to help you host your own personal film screening. You'll receive log-in instructions once you purchase your DVD or digital download. It's that easy.

 

Stay on top of the pre-party planning and interact with Hank fans the world over leading up the event on the live-stream Facebook page, and be ready to celebrate on May 20 or May 21. And remember, it's for a good cause.
