ITEM DESCRIPTION:  

Solid Adventures has donated a one week’s stay at their Las Buitreras lodge with six days of guided fishing, meals and lodging.  The incomparable Rio Gallegos meanders more than 360 km through desolate pampa, before it finally reaches the raging Atlantic Ocean.  Fly fishers from around the world, travel to Rio Gallegos as soon as the winter ice melts to fish for sea run brown trout. These trout reach a size of 30 + pounds and their leaps and runs will have anglers awestruck.  Solid Adventures Las Buitreras lodge is home to the most prolific beats on the Rio Gallegos, consisting of approximately 40 kms of private water with over 50 named pools.  

Each guide works with only two fishermen/women.  Your stay includes gourmet meals, snacks and your beer and wine consumption for the week. Solid adventures will supply a rod for the trip or bring your own rod.  Plan on bringing your best flies.

- Accommodations for one room.  You may bring your spouse or friend at an additional cost to be negotiated with Solid Adventures.

- Trip must be used the week of March 26-April 2, 2016.  Any proposed date changes need to be cleared by Solid Adventures.

- Offering includes transfer to and from the Rio Gallegos Airport to the lodge.

- Other activities such as horse back riding are offered at an additional cost
