President's Letter - November 2017

We've been out and about recently and over a dozen chapter members headed up to Cherokee, North Carolina for our fall trip.

WOW – everywhere we went there were plenty of trout – rainbows, browns and brookies. The weather was spectacular too and the meals were great. Next up is our summer trip to the South Holston River in Tennessee.

This time of year we'll be fishing mostly delayed harvest streams across North Georgia. Be sure to obey posted regulations for catch and release. If you do catch a 'whopper' send a photo to editor@ucctu.org and we'll post it in the Backcasts Section of our monthly newsletter.

Just a reminder that we will not be holding chapter meetings in November and December.
