Sure, I fished. But it wasn't for my own cheap thrills. It was for you. You're not buying this, are you? OK moving on then... I stopped in Victor, ID yesterday to see my friends Mike Dawes amd Mike Dawkins at WorldCast Anglers. These guys are the real deal. And they're part of the TU Team. They're Gold Level TU Business members. And they know fishing. Even when the streams are blown out, they're catching fish. So I pay attention to what they say. And they say you have options. We covered the South Fork of the Snake yesterday. WorldCast fishes there. They also fish the Henry's Fork - the legendary Henry's Fork. A lot of streams are blown out on the Snake above Palisades Reservoir - this is sadly true. But the South Fork and the Henry's Fork are fishing well. It's a bit of a hike to the Henry's Fork - almost two hours from Jackson. But if the Mother's Day caddis hatch is on - and it is - it might just be worth it.
