Protecting Our Headwaters and Trout Habitat," to the Southeastern Montgomery TU Chapter on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014 at the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust Visitor's Center at 2955 Edge Hill Road in Huntingdon Valley, PA. The meeting begins at 7:30 pm. The presentation focuses on the importance of protecting our wild and native trout populations. Learn why headwater streams are important, as well as the current and potential impacts on the streams and the habitat surrounding them. We'll talk about the state's current stream assessment and designation process and Trout Unlimited's role in Pennsylvania's Unassessed Waters Initiative.
