Address: 142 Pleasant St #103a, Easthampton, MA 01027 On May 8th the Pioneer Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited is excited to host Brian Keleher and Adam Kautza who will be presenting an update on the Swift River Project. Brian Keleher and Adam Kautza, two MassWildlife Coldwater fisheries scientists, will update us on the Brook Trout Pit Tag Study on the Swift River. This is a joint project with MassWildlife and our Pioneer Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited. As further enticement, we'll be raffling off a chance to win a 2 piece Orvis 8 1/2 ft 5 wt and a cheeky 300 2 - 4 wt fly reel. Our meetings start at 7:00 (but a lot of us show up early to chat and have a fine brew beforehand). If you like finely crafted cold beer and want to learn more about what's happening with our cold-water fisheries, you'll want to attend this meeting. You do not need to be a Trout Unlimited member to attend this presentation or win the raffle. Parking for the meeting is behind the long row of factories on Pleasant Street. Access the parking lot via the American Legion Post 224 entrance on Pleasant Street. Drive past the American Legion parking area, turn right, and go to the middle of the factory row. You will see the Abandoned Building Brewery entrance. https://www.abandonedbuildingbrewery.com/ Who's attending this event? There is no one currently attending this event.
