Moyle, professor of fish biology, UC Davis, will present the big picture about the delta ecosystem and its fishes. Looking at the delta as a novel and changing ecosystem. Decisions we make today, such as building the tunnels, will result in further changes to this important ecosystem in ways that we may or may not find desirable.
