Lake Run Brown at Montreal Mouth

Fishing at the mouth of the Montreal River is slowing down.  Today, I was the only fisherman down at the river mouth.  This is somewhere around my 6th trip and I finally connected with this brown trout.  It hit on a clouse minnow pattern.  I also managed to catch a brook trout about 9 inches on the same clouser.   Water is coming out of the turbines, but there is very little water coming over the falls.  Water level has been low for the last week or so.
