My Dad says it happened when I was about 7 years old. Some punk lifeguards and their hangers-on were tormenting a sand shark they had pulled from the surf down the Jersey shore. Attended a meeting at the Park Service HQ in DC last night. The National Capitol chapter of TU was there in full force, along with other organizations and friends of Fletchers Boathouse.  Perhaps 40 people attended and listened as the Park Service commited that they will have access to the dock [ READ MORE... ]
