What did you folks tie for your first class

After instructing on basic use of tools we taught the basic chennile bug and a wooly worm. We do two flies a week for eight weeks. Sorry about the late response.

No problem. That sounds like a great class. I wish that there had been something like that around when I first started tying.

We also created a DVD that parallels all eight weeks of the class. We give them a 108 page manual with step by step instructions. Materials are furnished and loaner toolkits available. We do charge for the course because of the cost of printing the manuals except for the Project Healing Waters participants and all youth participants which we do get reimbursed through grants, etc. All funds are used for stream improvement projects.
