Fluvial fish are much like salmon by migrating between the mainstem river and tributaries, sometimes over large distances. Making sure fish can make these migrations into the tributaries is an important step to improving fishing in the mainstem. Maintaining or restoring this habitat connectivity is one of the key actions TU has undertaken in the Weber River Basin.
