When asked what I do for a living I say: "I try to keep as much water in Colorado's streams for the fish as I can." In the arid west, this is not an easy proposition and requires a great deal of persistence, relationship building, and patience. I'm thankful for a job that has taught me the value of all three. When not at work, I join my husband Michael and Jake the Dog to enjoy the many pleasures of outdoor life in our little corner of Paradise. Or I head out back east to find adventures with our two grandchildren.
