GBTU donates to the Coaster Brook Trout Project

We are thrilled to announce that GBTU has made a $5000 donation in memory of Greg Heiser to the TU Coaster Brook Trout Project.

Greg was a long-time GBTU member who passed away too early. He was a passionate fly fisherman and conservationist, and very active in GBTU and loved fishing in Michigan and Wisconsin.

The TU Coaster Brook Trout Project is part of TU's Priority Waters initiative, and the donation from GBTU is being bundled with donations from other chapters and indiividuals to help make a significant impact in the restoration of the streams in the Upper Penninsula where the Coaster Brook Trout migrate to spawn.
