November Chapter Meeting

Ever dream about a fly fishing trip to Wyoming?
Julianne Zimmer and her husband took one last summer. Learn about their experiences at the next MDTU meeting:

Early in the morning on September 15th, Julie and her husband found themselves at BWI airport ready to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Wyoming to fly fish and explore around the state for ten days. Would the trip be fun and memorable, or an ordeal? Learn about their adventures and all the research and planning they did to make the epic trip easy without breaking the bank.

A few things they learned and will share with you.
  • Even the best laid plans can change and get even better, if you are willing to throw caution to the wind.
  • Most of us in Maryland have caught browns, brookies, and bows- we went with hopes of catching cutthroats, to finish the "main four"- we did that and more!
  • An experience like no other- it wasn't always easy, but it was worth it.
  • Sometimes you won't know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory.
  • Plan it and go!

Meetings are free and open to the public. Hope to see you there:

Wednesday, November 15, 7:30-9:00 p.m. at the Towson Presbyterian Church
