Increase in flow yesterday makes for challenging wading but keeping the water cool and fish active...
Sea run Trout fishing is improving as the water warms up. Our first run of Rocky Brook salmon will show up soon. Water conditions are ideal
Winter has hit the high country, will start up reports again in the spring
Water warming smallmouth and carp soon.
River looking is quite low know and the forecast looks settled, so the fish are a little spooks fishing at range and fine tippets should help.
Fish somewhere else
Would not expect to fish here...sorry to be the bad news reporter.
Flows are starting to drop on the freestone section. I would think the Seargent area would be insane right now. Flows will last maybe another week...
Smallmouth are mostly pre-spawn, but if you see any beginning to spawn, don't bother 'em!
Winter conditions on the Rim, check forecast and bring 4 x 4 vehicle. very low water at this time,
