Fly Fishing Film Tour - March 22

Our next chapter meeting will be held @6:00pm on Wed. Jan 30th at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center in Ashland. Corey Fisher will be the main speaker. Corey is a staffer at Trout Unlimited and will be traveling from his home in Montana.

Join us on Nov. 14, 2018 at the Sand Bar in Ashland, WI.  The chapter members will hold our "Bar Flies".  Show up with your vise and materials and share your favorite pattern.  Or just show up and learn some new patterns from other members.  Food and beverages will be available from the restaurant.

The June meeting will be held at Larson Landing on the Namekagon River.  The landing is located just South of the Sawmill Saloon in Seeley.  Turn West on to Larson Road and continue until you reach the bridge.

Wild Rivers Expo - March 31

Our annual Expo fundraiser will be held at the Ponzio Center on the campus of Northland College.  We will have brown bag raffle items, food, and the auction.  Westion Thier will be one of our main speakers.  There is no cost to attend this event and it is family friendly.

Chapter Meeting - February 20

Wild Rivers will be having a joint meeting with Gitche Gumee and Arrowhead Fly Fishers for a program involving the border water fishery.  This program will be held at the Clyde Iron Works in Duluth MN.

Fly Tying Workshop - February 17

Chapter members will gather at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center which is just West of Ashland for a fly tying workshop.  The public is invited to come and join in with instructors ready to assist.  Wild Rivers will be tying in preparation for our Expo.
