2013-14 Embrace-A-Stream Grants

In the 2013-14 grant cycle, the average grant award was $5,413, helping restore stream habitat, improving fish passage, and protecting water quality in 15 different states from coast to coast. 

Since its inception in 1975, EAS has funded nearly 1,000 individual projects for a total of $4.3 million in direct cash grants. Local TU chapters and councils have contributed an additional $13 million in cash and in-kind services to EAS funded projects, for a total investment of more than $17 million.

Applicants are required to contact their EAS committee representative to discuss proposal ideas by Nov. 12, 2014. The deadline for submission is Dec. 9, 2014.
